HGV Driver Hub Remittances
Dear Drivers, Just a note to let you know that behind the scenes we are working on a major security feature, which involves 'full encryption' of the Driver's data in the Hub App system. We will provide an update on the go-live date of this security feature in a few days. However, in the meantime if you experience an issue with latest Remittances, please follow these three simple steps, which will resolve the Remittances visibility issues.
a) log off from the Hub App
b) log back into the Hub App
c) if you forgot your password, please use 'Forgot Password' option on the App login screen to reset your password and log into the App.
